This series of sessions is designed to move healing along quickly by building on gains from each regularly scheduled session.

A combination of bodywork and massage techniques are used from many massage modalities, to achieve the most effective results.  These sessions focus on balancing muscles and muscle groups, to help and to restore correct posture, increase range of motion and improve overall well-being.
